HOW TO BOOK - Please send us your e-mail together with your preferred tour name, date and participant details. We'll You have two choices to make your booking, (1) e-mail or (2) book online on this page. If you prefer the e-mail, please send your preferred tour date to our address (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you prefer the book online, please take the following steps:
Note: If your tour is not be shown on your preferred date in the online calendar, please send the e-mail.
STEP 1 : Entry of Tour Application
Click your course and Click "Agreed/Move To Select Day" Select Day" button
Click your tour date & time and click "Move to add your info" button.
Enter your information (e.g. name, etc) and click "Entry Your Tour" button
Note: If your desired tour is not shown on your preferred date, please contact us by e-mail first. We will confirm the availability and if available, we'll immediately show the desired tour on the calendar for your entry of tour application.
STEP 2: Receipt of Estimate For Tour
Receive our Email with the final estimate reflecting your family discount (if any) and payment instruction through PayPal or cash on the tour day.
STEP 3 : Payment (if credit card is chosen)
Access PayPal site and process your credit card information
Note: Hiroshima Local Tours do not obtain any of your card information. Your credit card is fully secured between you and PayPal.
STEP 4 : Receipt of Itinerary and Contract Document
