Hiroshima Has Two Cruise Terminals
Hiroshima has Ujina and Itsukaichi Cruise Terminals. Ujina Cruise Terminal is about 5km away from Hiroshima Station and you can easily visit Peace Memorial Park, Shukkeien and Hiroshima Castle. Itsukaichi Cruise Terminal is about 12Km away from Hiroshima Station.
Most of the passenger ships use Ujina Cruise Terminal but if two passenger ships come to Hiroshima on the same day, Itsukaichi Cruise Terminal is used.
Ujina Cruise Terminal -- The taxi station is behind the Hiroshima Cruise Terminal Building as shown in the above photo. At first a lot of people will line up to take taxies but the line will get shorter as time goes on. If you ensure you get a taxi, it's best to install a taxi app like Uber. The credit card is acceptable for payment.

Taxi fares -- The taxi fare from Ujina cruise termina to Hiroshima Station is max. JPY3,000 for 4 passengers. The most of Japanese taxies carry max. 5 people, a driver and 4 passengers. If you are family of 5, you should call two taxies. For Peace Memorial Park or Hiroshima Castle, the taxi fares will be JPY 3,000 ~ 4,000.

Meeting Location -- We are meeting in front of the Starbucks, 50m from the Shinkansen Ticket Gate (2F) at Hiroshima Station. There are 6~7 Starbucks around Hiroshima Station, but ours is the closest one to the Shinkansen Ticket Gate,

Itsukaichi Cruise Terminal -- This is located in an inconvenient location. Even if you hire a guide, your only option is for him to take a taxi to your ship, so most cruise lines run a free shuttle bus to nearby Itsukaichi Station where JR Line or Hiroden Streetcars are connected. In this case, your tour begins at Itsukaichi Station.
The JR fair from Itsukaichi Station to Miyajima-guchi where ferry boats to Miyajima run every 15 minutes is JPY 200 or 10-minute ride. The JR fair to Hiroshima Station is JPY 240 or 15-minute ride. Trains runs every 15 minutes.
